We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

In the last year, bankruptcy filings have increased 30% and in many areas of California it is much higher. The primary reason for filing personal bankruptcy is an unforeseen financial down turn, loss of savings and unable to borrow funds at a reasonable rate.  You may have suffered from a loss of income.  Not only that, greedy credit card companies raised their rates and minimum payments that pushed you way over the amount you have to pay on your debts. Many have had to incur unforeseen medical expenses,  loss of employment, and even a death of a family member.  It just hasn't been working out for you.  So why keep burdening yourself, call today to check out your options!
